The Open Spaces Foundation is a public body that provides support and services for the conservation, restoration and revitalization of open spaces in Israel. The foundation operates in a variety of areas, including restoring natural sites, strengthening biodiversity and transforming natural areas into a lifeline for local authorities. It provides funding and advice for projects designed to preserve nature, restore damaged natural sites, and upgrade open spaces for public and community needs. Its support includes initiating projects to restore ecosystems, cultivate urban natural sites, and improve public access to nature in both urban and rural environments.
