In 2024, the writing of approximately 70 climate change preparedness plans in local authorities, written in the Accelerator Program and as part of additional calls by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, was completed. In the face of climate threats of heat, rising sea levels, flooding, and fires, local authorities formulated defined tasks designed to ensure the reduction of exposure of residents and infrastructure to risks.

In collaboration between Aklima and the Foundations Institute, an advanced search engine has been developed that allows, with the click of a button, to view the tasks to which local authorities have committed, examine the coping strategies of authorities, compare authorities according to areas of operation, and share common knowledge.
